Organic Sourdough
Every Wednesday, late afternoon, we deliver right to your door.
Our sourdough is made with organic freshly milled wheat, wild yeast from sourdough starter that is over 150 years old, pink Himalayan salt and water. The dough is long fermented cold for 24 hours. It is baked the same day it is delivered to your door. Sometimes it is still warm!
Note: there may be rye or other grains in this bread as the starter cultures have been alive and fed for over 150 years! all of the traces of grains is unknown.
