Seed Potato, Russian Blue

500g Gourmet Seed Potatoes

100 day maturing, very high yielding, blue skin and deep purple flesh.  High in anthocyanin antioxidants, vitamin c, potassium and dietary fiber. Blight resistant but can be susceptible to common scab. Planting with worm castings recommended to prevent scab. Retains purple colour when cooked and has a very similar texture to russets.

We highly recommend amending the soil at time of planting with worm casting for all potatoes to help prevent scab. Find Worm Castings here
