90-100 day maturing, high yielding, golden skin, yellow flesh potato, famous for it's buttery creamy texture and taste. Introduced in 1988 by David Ronniger of Idaho. Winner of Rodale’s Organic Gardening Magazine “Taste‑Off Contest.”
German Butterball has a great storage life. and is an extremely popular gourmet potato.
