Unique bloom on a tall sturdy stem. Mid season bloomer that last a long time in the garden. The blooms get very large. Great cut flower.

In our northern climate here in Hotchkiss area, it is a good practice to mulch over all bulbs with a layer of leaf mulch  and avoid any walking or driving over the planted bulbs during the winter. Also. during planting, amend the soil with bonemeal  and worm castings.
