Russian Purple , purple stripe Hardneck variety. Produces 5-8 large cloves per bulb. Spicy flavour. It produces well and stores very well. Produces a scape. Harvest the scape to increase bulb sizes. 
Garlic is a heavy feeder. It is recommended to use worm casting soil products at time of planting.
