In order for haskaps to produce fruit, they need to be cross pollinated by a different variety, which is why we are selling these are a pair of two. Hascaps are unique in flavour. They taste like a combination of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry, sometimes cherry and have the texture of a kiwi. They are amazing berries for preserving, freezing, making pies and smoothies. They hare very high in vitamin C, flavanoids and have very high levels of anti-oxidants. 
 
Borealis Hascaps: get to be 6 feet tall. They produce heavy yielding crops in June - early July depending on our spring. 
 
Berry Blue Hascaps: Also gets to be 6 feet tall. This is a commercial grower variety. One shrub can easily produce 10 pounds of berries. June - early July producers.
