Kelsae holds the world record for largest onion, over 6.8kg (15lbs), but stays mild and sweet despite its substantial girth, so it’s very useful both as a culinary onion and a showstopper. Use for fresh eating or short-term storage. Plant some sweet onions alongside storage varieties to have a continuous supply. Sweet varieties can be eaten through while you set aside your long storing onions for later use. 
These seeds are coated with an inert, organically certified layer which helps to minimize clumping in storage and seed sowing machines. The coating is approved by organic certifiers in Canada, the US, EU, and Japan.

Transplants are preferred for home gardeners. Sow 3 seeds 5mm-1cm (¼-½”) deep in each cell of a 72-cell tray. Divide and Transplant , spacing each 15cm (6″) apart in rows 45-75cm (18-30″) apart. Start seeds 4-6 weeks before last frost date.
