This is a fantastic storage onion that grows well in our climate. It is a sweeter yellow onion but despite the sweetness, it actually stores very well. We have stored them for over a year and they stayed solid. These are a later season onion that can get very large. We find they grow to be a perfect size in our climate for cooking throughout the winter. Not too big, not too small, just right.
