The Satina potato is a heavy producer. It has high resistance to scab and blight which makes this potato a great choice to grow in our clay soil up here in the north. It is a silky, buttery, smooth texture that makes some of the best potato salad, roasted potatoes and mashed are absolutely mouth watering good.
