This is an all around great potato for yields, storage life, and versatility. Its commonly grown here in the north, as it has always proven to do well in our climate. This is a very firm, white fleshed, red skinned potato that is a heavy producer. Boiling, baked and hashbrowns are our favourite way to use Norland Red Potatoes.
