The Kennebec White potato is a heavy producer , developed in Presque Isle in 1941. It has high resistance to scab and blight. In comparrison to a russet, the Kennebec potato has a much thinner skin. If you enjoy skin on your fries, this potato is one that will satisfy you. Not only does Kennebec make great fries and baked potatoes, they are really good mashed as well.
