'Monte Orange' is a stunning scented landscape tulip that blooms early to mid spring. These peony shaped tulips are popular in both the landscape and in floral designs with large blooms and vibrant colours.

NOTE: Hotchkiss Flower Farm is located in growing zone 2. The listed varieties have proven to be perennial here in zone 2.  
In our northern climate here in Hotchkiss area, it is a good practice to mulch over all bulbs with a layer of leaf mulch  and avoid any walking or driving over the planted bulbs during the winter. Also. during planting, amend the soil with bonemeal.
